One team, all the way from concept to commissioned.

Most integrators specialize in one slice and hand off the rest. We own the whole lifecycle — engineering, panels, wiring, programming, and startup — so there's a single team accountable for making your system run.

  1. 01

    Consultation & discovery

We walk your floor and define the real problem before quoting a fix. We're glad to start with a small time-and-expense job so you can prove us out — that's how most of our long partnerships began.

  2. 02

    Engineering & design

We architect the control system, design the panels, and produce electrical schematics and I/O documentation detailed enough to build, wire, and maintain from.

  3. 03

    Panel build & fabrication

Your control panels are built to spec by our own team, documented and labeled for the people who will actually maintain them.

  4. 04

    Programming & simulation

We develop PLC, HMI, and robot code, then test and simulate logic to catch faults and edge cases before anyone touches the machine.

  5. 05

    Factory acceptance test (FAT)

We prove the system works before it ships or goes live, so surprises get solved on the bench — not on your production floor.

  6. 06

    Installation & wiring

Because our electrical work is in-house, our own electricians install and wire the system — no subcontractor handoffs, no finger-pointing.

  7. 07

    Commissioning & startup (SAT)

We start the system up, tune it in real production conditions, and train your operators so the line runs the way it was designed to.

  8. 08

    Support & optimization

We stay on call for the life of the line — often on-site the same day. Many clients keep us involved for ongoing upgrades and improvements.

Why it matters

Turnkey means the buck stops with us

When the controls, the panels, and the electrical are all handled by one company, there's nobody to point at when something needs fixing. That single line of accountability is why manufacturers trust us with the projects other integrators won't take.
